EtablissementYaffa et Frères (EYF) is one of the largest local fresh mangos exporters in Mali, and is the only company in Mali to deliver mangos directly from its packing facility to supermarkets by air freight. Its export destinations include Europe (France, Belgium, Holland, Switzerland and Germany), Maghreb, and Central Africa. The company also trades imported fish and local chicken off-season. These activities represent 10% of the company’s revenue. EYF is a member of COLEACP and as such, has benefited from technical assistance on management and certification to meet EU export specifications. EYF only purchases GLOBAL GAP and GRASP certified mangoes.
